In December 2012, UCP of the Golden Gate acquired this beautiful 34,000 square foot building at 1521 Webster Street in downtown Oakland, California. Over time we intend to develop this facility into a multifaceted service platform that will provide programs and services in education, technology, and wellness to children and adults with all manner of disabilities from throughout the Bay Area. This central downtown location is ideal for our efforts to raise societal awareness of people with disabilities and help our clients become more integrated into the community.
In order to turn our “platform of dreams” into a reality, we need your help. Please donate what you can to support our efforts to make the Bay Area more inclusive.

By donating a vehicle you help promote the important work of United Cerebral Palsy of the Golden Gate. Car donations are fast and easy, and a remarkable way to make a difference.
When you donate a vehicle to United Cerebral Palsy of the Golden Gate you also benefit by:

* Receiving a free vehicle pick-up whether your donated car is running or not (restrictions apply)
* Avoiding the headaches of selling a used car (no expensive want ads, no phone calls, no showing the car repeatedly)
When you pledge a donation, the car donation organization takes your information over the telephone, handles all documents, vehicle pick-up, sale at auction, and distribution of the proceeds to UCPGG. The car donation organization guarantees payment of all expenses in administering the program for UCPGG. Each month, net proceeds are split evenly between the car donation organization and United Cerebral Palsy.
